I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short walk to the subway station. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a huge bed that was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the cleaning staff were always polite. The breakfast spread was simply amazing, with a wide variety of dishes and drinks to choose from. The amenities in the room, such as the air conditioning and ironing facilities, added to the overall comfort of my stay.
Although the staff were generally helpful, there were a few instances where their customer service could have been improved. Additionally, there was a slight issue with my reservation upon arrival, but it was quickly resolved by the staff.
